Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and ground turkey. Cook until turkey is browned.
- Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
