Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add sweet potatoes, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in zucchini and paprika, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot.
