Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the center.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill the zucchini halves with the beef mixture.
