Ingredients

- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in beef broth, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Add mixed vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine with cooked noodles and serve hot.
