- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes and chili powder; mix well.
- Stir in cooked rice; heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
