- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small logs around skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place kabobs on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Ensure the kabobs are cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak skewers in water if using wooden ones.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Can be served with pita and tzatziki.
