Description

A simple and delicious ground beef fried rice dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push beef and vegetables to one side of the pan.
  5. Pour beaten eggs into the other side and scramble.
  6. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions.
