Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Push beef and vegetables to one side of the pan.
- Pour beaten eggs into the other side and scramble.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions.

- Use leftover rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce based on taste preference.
