- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
- 1 can corn (15 oz)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add browned beef to the crockpot.
- Add onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
