Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef; cook until browned.
  5. Stir in rice, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  7. Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  8. Fluff with a fork and serve.
