A quick and easy one-pan meal with ground beef and rice.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in rice, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- You can substitute turkey for ground beef.
