Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, steak, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the shrimp, steak, and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, garlic, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes to make chimichurri.
  6. Serve the skewers with chimichurri sauce on the side.
