Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add steak cubes and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
