Description
Grilled steak kabobs with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add steak cubes and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on desired doneness of steak.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
