- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, mayonnaise, and hot sauce.
- Warm corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by adding grilled shrimp and cabbage slaw to tortillas.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
