- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Top each chicken breast with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese.
- Cover grill and cook until cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
