Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and lime juice.
- Mix well and season with salt.
- Remove salmon from the grill and top with mango salsa.
- Serve immediately.
