Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. While salmon is grilling, combine avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds each side.
  6. Remove salmon from grill and flake into pieces.
  7. Assemble tacos by placing salmon on tortillas and topping with avocado salsa.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
