- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the butter. Stir well.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the garlic lemon butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on the grill, meat side down. Grill for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the tails and baste with more garlic lemon butter. Grill for another 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
