Grilled corn on the cob with chili lime butter is a tasty and simple summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk.
  3. In a bowl, mix the butter, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the corn with the chili lime butter.
  5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove from the grill and brush with more chili lime butter before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro on top.
