Description
A delicious grilled chicken sandwich layered with three types of cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Add the chicken breast on top of the bread.
- Layer the cheeses over the chicken.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bread is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- Use any bread of your choice.
- Feel free to add vegetables like lettuce or tomatoes.
- For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs or spices.
