A delicious grilled chicken sandwich layered with three types of cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  5. Add the chicken breast on top of the bread.
  6. Layer the cheeses over the chicken.
  7. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  8. Cook until the bread is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes.
