Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb grilled chicken, sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked and slice.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté mixed vegetables until tender.
- Add grilled chicken to the pan and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over the cooked rice.
