- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add salt, pepper, onions, ketchup, and mustard.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Place the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Add diced pickles on top of the mixture.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling and grill on both sides until golden brown.
