Description

A delicious grilled cheese steak sandwich with melted cheese and tender steak.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 ounces of steak
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the steak on a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove steak from skillet and let it rest.
  4. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  5. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  6. Layer with cheese and sliced steak.
  7. Add the second slice of cheese and top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
  8. Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
