Description
A delicious grilled cheese steak sandwich with melted cheese and tender steak.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 ounces of steak
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak on a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove steak from skillet and let it rest.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Layer with cheese and sliced steak.
- Add the second slice of cheese and top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
- Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or peppers.
- Adjust the cooking time for desired steak doneness.
