Description
A classic grilled cheese sandwich made with melted cheese between two slices of toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.

- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices.
- Serve with tomato soup for a classic pairing.
