- 200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, halved
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated beef until cooked through.
- In a pot, bring beef broth to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Add mushrooms and spinach to the broth and cook until tender.
