Ingredients

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli.
- Add olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
- Serve warm.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
