Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
  7. Serve warm.
