A fresh twist on the classic deviled eggs with a vibrant green goddess dressing.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with extra herbs if desired.
- Chill before serving.
