Description

A fresh twist on the classic deviled eggs with a vibrant green goddess dressing.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with extra herbs if desired.
  6. Chill before serving.
