- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, green chiles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.

- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
