Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the green beans.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Drain the beans and transfer them to ice water to stop cooking.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add blanched green beans and cherry tomatoes, and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
