Ingredients

- Milk: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- French fried onions: 1 cup (about 100 grams)
- Black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the green beans by washing, trimming, and cutting them into 2-inch pieces. Blanch them in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until well blended. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
- Add the blanched green beans to the creamy sauce and stir until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the French fried onions evenly over the top of the casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
