Description
A classic green bean casserole made with creamy mushroom soup and crispy fried onions.
Ingredients

- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir in half of the crispy fried onions.
- Top with the remaining fried onions.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen green beans for best results.
- Can substitute cream of chicken soup for a different flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
