Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add blueberries or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Store muffins in an airtight container for up to three days.
