Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Add the cooled orzo to the bowl with the vegetables.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
