Description
Greek marinated chicken kabobs are grilled skewers of chicken marinated in a flavorful blend of herbs and spices.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
- Pair with pita bread or a Greek salad.
