Description

Greek marinated chicken kabobs are grilled skewers of chicken marinated in a flavorful blend of herbs and spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
