Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce.
