Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • Black pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
  4. Grill skewers over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  5. For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  6. Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce.
