Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup smoked feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups pasta of choice
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in heavy cream and smoked feta cheese, simmer until thickened.
- In another pan, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté asparagus until crispy and tender.
- Serve chicken Alfredo over pasta and top with asparagus and parmesan cheese.
