Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Warm the pita breads in a separate pan.
- Assemble the gyros by placing chicken in pita and topping with tzatziki, tomatoes, lettuce, and onion.
- Wrap the pita and serve immediately.
