Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice potatoes and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix tahini, hot honey, and chopped basil to make the pesto.
- Combine the cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce.
- Serve chicken over garlic potatoes and drizzle with spicy hot honey tahini pesto.
