Description
A refreshing cucumber salad inspired by grandma’s recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add chopped dill to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, let the salad sit for a few hours.
- Can substitute sour cream with yogurt for a lighter version.
