Description

This is Grandma’s Best Pasta Salad, a delicious mix of flavors and textures.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and mozzarella.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
