Ingredients

Instructions
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- Fold in mascarpone until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip double cream to soft peaks.
- Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Mix coffee and liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee mixture.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Add a layer of mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
