Description

A flavorful chicken tikka masala inspired by Gordon Ramsay.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed
  • 200g plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt and tikka masala paste for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated chicken; cook until browned.
  5. Stir in canned tomatoes and coconut milk.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or naan.
  • Adjust spice level to your preference.
  • Can use store-bought tikka masala paste for convenience.
