Description
A flavorful chicken tikka masala inspired by Gordon Ramsay.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 200g plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with yogurt and tikka masala paste for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Add marinated chicken; cook until browned.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and coconut milk.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander.
Notes
- Serve with rice or naan.
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
- Can use store-bought tikka masala paste for convenience.
