  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add a dollop of cream cheese mixture, then top with remaining batter.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
