- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add sugar to the melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for extra sweetness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For a nutty flavor, add chopped walnuts or pecans.
