Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with fresh herbs.
- Roast the turkey for approximately 3 hours.
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then sauté in olive oil.
- Cook cranberries with sugar and water until they burst.
- Mix pumpkin puree with egg, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Fill the pie crust with the pumpkin mixture and bake for 45 minutes.
