Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the turkey with fresh herbs.
  4. Roast the turkey for approximately 3 hours.
  5. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then sauté in olive oil.
