Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip catfish fillets in buttermilk.
- Coat fillets in the cornmeal mixture.
- Fry fillets for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
