Ingredients

- 2 cups golden dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Collect dandelion petals, ensuring no pesticides are used.
- Boil water and add dandelion petals.
- Steep for 30 minutes, then strain the liquid.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the dandelion liquid.
- Bring to a boil, then stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Boil for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

- Store jelly in a cool, dark place.
- Use within a year for best flavor.
