Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms until soft.
- Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Serve chicken topped with mushroom sauce and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh mushrooms for better flavor.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey.
