Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and carrot, cook until tender.
- Mix in gochujang and soy sauce, stir well.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss to combine.
- Serve hot, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
