- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
- Add chicken slices and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until fully cooked.
- Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Adjust the amount of gochujang for desired spice level.
- Serve with kimchi for an extra kick.
