Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- If using, fold in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
