Ingredients

- 1 loaf gluten free bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onions, celery, and garlic until soft.
- Add sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- In a large bowl, combine cubed gluten free bread and vegetable broth.
- Add sautéed mixture and parsley to the bread. Mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use day-old gluten free bread for better texture.
- Feel free to add your favorite nuts or dried fruits.
